Praca w policji – Yeovil – Wielka Brytania
Location: Yeovil (Somerset East) 1 post, and Taunton (Somerset West) 1 post.
37 hours per week, 2 Year fixed term contract.
£18,006 - £19,968 per annum plus shift allowance and weekend enhancements
Avon and Somerset Constabulary has recently been allocated funding from the Migration Impacts Fund to recruit 2 multi-lingual PCSO'S to work in the Yeovil and Taunton areas of the Force.
We are looking for people with good local knowledge to work as PCSO's within and for, our local Polish Communities to help build safer and stronger neighbourhoods. We need someone who can communicate with people in potentially stressful situations whilst remaining calm and in control. We need you to have the ability to produce written reports. The ability to operate a computer would be advantageous and ideally you will also hold a full current driving licence. For these 2 specific posts you must also be able to converse fluently in both conversational and written Polish and English.
The successful applicants will work a shift system for which the appropriate allowances will be paid. You will also be required to attend an 8 week training course at the commencement of employment which will be held at Police Headquarters, Portishead.
Please be aware that you will be required to complete a fitness, medical and drugs test as part of the recruitment process.
